    STOCK prides itself on offering a robust selection of farm-raised steaks, chops and sustainable seafood complemented by locally procured seasonal fruits and vegetables.

    Chef Todd Clarmo’s signature items include seared sea scallops with split peas and guanicale; beef short ribs ‘chausseur’; and whole grilled spigala with braised artichokes and peperonata. Accompaniments such as Brussels sprouts with braised pork belly and onion, and baked polenta add a flavourful twist to any of the delectable main courses.

    No meal at STOCK is complete without a taste of the hand-crafted chocolates developed in the ‘Chocolate Lab’, or any of the sweet finishings from Pastry Chef David Chow’s imaginative repertoire.
